All sessions must be paid for in advance. Booking details will be sent to you after booking so that a bank transfer payment can be made no later than (24 hours before your appointment). Other forms of payment are accepted by prior arrangement either a payment link can be sent or payment in cash by agreement only. If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, (this does not include Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays), the full payment will be charged. Group Session bookings are non refundable at time of booking. Please make sure you can attend your appointment/group session before booking.
